Understanding EPC's

Last year we tried to put together an informative video blog on Energy Performance Certificates or EPC's as they are more commonly known.

Whilst we tried hard to make it work, it was labour intensive and we needed microphones...and a better understanding of how to patch a 2 person conversation using only 1 camera.

Anyway the point of this EPC out take is to help you understand why you need and EPC. If you have watched this and dont understand why, then you're the same as us. Yes, we understand it. But the "why" is really still a mystery.
