Yes skins of womans are less sensitive than males. It is not sunlight which causes breastcancer. There are other aspects, like fat. A female skin contains more fat compaired with skins of males. And fat stimulates breast cancer. Sunlight may increase the chances of mutation. I think you have to make your research more deeper. My knowledge of biology is very limited.
