At Deaf church we met a little boy with cochlear implant

We met hearing parents with young Deaf son he had a cochlear implant the parents want to expose him to ASL and the Deaf community They say when the implant is off the little boy is Deaf but with it he is like Hard of Hearing

yes exactely!someone with ci is still hearing impaired, correctely you even would say he is completely deaf! with ci turned on he is hard of hearing or even good hearing,but without he is still deaf!that is why it’s so important to learn signing and keeping it up, even if there’s ci! Thanks for your opinion man!

I am not support ci for children..but I respect to adult wants CI that is fine... that is their busniess.... I feel bad for baby or children get CI oh well ... HUH no comments well i say it really good but Not supposed fore to children to use cochlear is nothing life and make blind too well i heard found out the Govern. Cochlear is more like limited to play tough sport, raining, and annoyed from other people asking about what is cochlear, and still cannot hear in clear 100 percent and LOW Successfully Rate! God Gift to lots deaf people in future will be lots deaf people International thanks for Posting share w me Spread people no cochlear! :D
