@BROZKNOWS my 1RM front squat is 95k ATG and i can power clean 90kg. this really annoys me. i'm front squatting 3 times a week to get my leg strength up. i weigh 80kilos and have been oly lifting for 4 months. before that i only ever did back squat once a week. any tips?

@chuckydombroski Practice missing reps. Knowing how to miss a lift safely is critical to having enough confidence to hit a heavy one. If you know how to miss safely, you won't be afraid to go for a heavy lift, because then if you can't get under it you'll know how to react.
