尖閣は日本の領土です。1920年に尖閣列島付近で遭難活動した­­石垣島の住民に対し中国政府から感謝状が出されており、それに­尖­閣諸島を「日本帝国沖縄県八重山郡尖閣列島」と明記されてお­り、­当時の中国政府が尖閣諸島を日本の領土と認識していたこと­が伺え­ます。平成十七年六月十五日 琉球新報の記事を見てください。

@pinoko1311 i am tired of agruing with you for different opinions, but i think you have something not so correct. No matter how, its the Chinese and Japanese Government's affairs. We can't do nothing to correct them. What we can do is to put away any bias away and look for the future..But i still hope the Chinese and Japanese Government can find some way to sign a peaceful Treaty on which both will be fair. I Wish No More Racists and No More Wars in this World..WWII have killed ppls enough!

@PilotCASA ok thank you for your response. but according to historical facts (you can google it), japan incorporated the senkaku islands based on international laws in "January" of 1895. And the shimonoseki treaty, by which japan seized taiwan, was signed in "April" of 1895. How do you explain this fact? it seems that the shimonoseki treaty has nothing to do with the islands. how do you see the connection between the islands and the treaty?

Its not an history class, its just The Truth of how Senkaku Islands was ceded to Japan under Japan's Invasion War in the First Sino-Japanese War started in 1894. Senkaku Islands (尖閣諸島)or (釣魚台群島) was signed under An Unequal Treaty called Treaty of Shimonoseki (馬關條約) due to invasion war from Japan – so uncivilized for Japan not to return this land to the origninal country, China or ROC.

@pinoko1311 Check back the History pls, not China is the threat..its just Japan. Remember WWII, Japan was the Axis powers with Germany.

However, China failed to protect Korea from Japan's invasion in the First Sino-Japanese War started in 1894.
