@winston2015 Yes this is relevant. Goldstone has withdranw his accusations, the palmer report states that the blockade of Gaza is legal. And by attacking Israel in 1948 instead of accepting the 2 state solution the 2 state solution is nil and void. Germany lost also territories after the lost war.

@tazpi That is utterly irrelevant when considering Israel's legal borders and illegal annexing of Arab territories in the West Bank. East Jerusalem was mandated (by the same league of nations that delineated Israel's borders) to be the capital of a Palestinian state. And certainly irrelevant when we are talking about the gross human rights abuses that the occupation creates as a matter of course. Read the Goldstone Report about Operation cast lead, or recent Russell Tribunal on Palestine
