Psyclon Nine - Resurrekt

Been wanting to record this for a while.

All right, people have been asking me a lot for tabs on this song; so I'm going to save you the trouble of asking, and tell what I tell everyone else:

If things aren't aligned properly here, copy this into a Notepad, and set the font to Courier New.

Right, normally, I would tab this out in both 4 and 5 string configurations, but considering this is just one big octave, I don't think that'll be necessary for this song.

Drop the B string down to an A - it may be a bit loose, but it sounds a lot better having a real low A to use; if you don't have a 5-string, buy a separate B string, and put that in place of your E, E in place of the A, et cetera.

First note here is a harmonic; play the second part (Without the harmonic) a few times, still lightly fiddling with wah.

And that's pretty much all there is to it. During the chorus/infekt me part, when it goes back to riff 4, there's a slight pause after the fourth high 5.

If you don't have wah, it's no big deal, but if you do, it adds a nice something extra, same if you have a nice fuzz pedal for most of the song.

Since you asked for guitar, I'll have to add this little bit extra:

The guitar will come in on Riff 2, doing either an A harmonic, or an open low A; try to find some sort of effect or amp setting that will give it the underwater/muted sort of tone, but that can also be easily switched to follow Riff 2 that the bass follows, when the bass switches to Riff 3.

Then, the guitar either has the option of following the bass and/or vice versa, considering your priority list, for the rest of the song, unless however the guitar wants to do the....Uh. The name has slipped me, for the instruments name, but if the guitar wants to follow the Synth, then just do something in A a bit higher up the neck.

For the chorus-ie part, the guitar could possibly mimic a cello, if you're so inclined, by hammering on hard, and swelling the volume up and down, though the actual notes I don't know, and can't tab at the moment, I'm sure they're all relative to everything else that's being played; however, that technique can be a bit tricky, and will take a bit of practice.

Also, incase it isn't already obvious, do the same tuning/string matching hullaballoo for the guitar. (Getting a low B, switching the strings around, tuning it to low A, etc.)
