@luke123asd thanks. When you see a clip in this video with headphones on... I am listening to the music track playing in this video. I may do a new one when I get my body fat a little lower and show people what I am listening to now.

Just preference I guess. I feel like the track keeps me too rigid. I do like the smith machine for front squats though. The fixed track is perfect for that. But I was also commenting on ur shoes. U should squatting in shoes that have a flat sole. Or even in ur socks. It gives u good stability and allows u to push hard through ur heels without the cushion that running shoes have. Just a suggestion on what works for me. It looks like u know what's up tho.

@camodanny09 Oh I got cha now. This is an old video. I actually squat barefoot or in converse shoes. Those have really flat souls.

Daaamn bro. I was totally right there with u till I seen the squats.. ima still give it a thumbs up cuz this, along with a couple other vids, got me pumped up for shoulder day. A power rack and some chuck taylors are the ticket.

@camodanny09 Nothing wrong with Smith Squats. You can go deeper in the movement and you can actually train to failure. I like to them as Hack Squats. Dorian Yates actually preferred them over free weight squats.
