surely the way to get round that would be to either put "fair use" on the video description, when it comes to music, or to change the content a bit, add new textures, edit cutscenes so they look cel shaded or noir, make the voices chipmonk-y, put mustaches on everything, there must be loads of ways to get round stuf like this. change it or remix it, credit the original owners, and youse should be fine.
