  • Hey guys!

I'm at Region 16 with the Durham Shores Chorus. I was browsing and found you, I think your voices are just amazing, you really have what it takes to be a Sweet Adeline. Your sweet voices and exceptional blend really makes you unique. I would also like to point out your lack of dynamics though... there aren't much in this song and also,. Your posture seems a bit "made up", using your hands so much it's distracting and its taking away from your overall performance.

    GREAT JOB!

  • Thank you very much! We'll work on that! :)

  • There are many women quartets. There's even an association: Sweet Adelines International that spans the globes.

  • @darklight436 very few... even fewer that do it right.. ;).

  • there are women barber quartets?

  • @GoldenCrackers They should keep the movements to a minimum as it can be distracting :)

  • great i finally i found a good video to turn to for reference for our barbershop quartet for solo ensamble we are doing this same song

  • Very good!

I think the movement of your hands (and bodies) contributes to the quality of your singing. The recording is not so good though. Nevertheless, your quality is obvious! Thanks for sharing this.

  • @yodelingjoe ? What a stupid comment to make, no they dont lol

  • You should probably keep your hands at your sides... :)

  • The audio quality is not so good. But so fare, great hamonies and variantlies tempos. Great job.
