Then what about Interracial Marriages, In 1948 when California Legalize interracial marriages 90% of people were against it,so by your logic that should have allow to be put to a vote.

These gay CDN videos are the only videos where you find Americans (gay ones I'm sure) singing the praises of Canada. On most other CDN videos they insult us. Most American youtubers associate Canada with nothing but homosexuality. We're far less gay than they think.

The people decided that state actions based on race were illegitimate when the 14th Amendment was ratified. Unfortunately it took courts decades to catch up.
