Well, lets be honest, you tits up the start.

There are two things you can do to become a better drummer other than plain ol' practice.

1. Join a Band

2. Record Yourself

The latter of the two is probably what helped me the most. Just go nuts in your playing too! Don't be afraid to be creative! Dedicate a bunch of practice time to pure improv/soloing. That will allow you to spread your creative wings; do not be afraid to beat the SHIT outta your drums.

And another thing....NEVER let anyone tell you that you wont be great!

@TheBlackbird012 yeah i agree, im not saying his a bad drummer dude. I've been playing for almost 11 years and im looking into doing my grades now and i was just surprised at how easy grade 8 was. thats all :)

what grade is best is Grade 8 the best or Grade 1 I'm so confused now, I'm doing a grade 4 piece of guitar that is really hard.
