It's about 5 years old. I used my camcorder to shoot the computer screen, instead of the "Camtasia" screen-capture software I use now, so maybe that's why it seem dated??

whats the different between blue and green screen? nice tutorial :)

No difference, really. You can "key out" any color in your footage, and these two are used most often.
