Nestle Kills Workers!!! The Controversial Voucher of Sec.Patricia Sto.Tomas of the Department of Labor & Employment from Nestle Switzerland

The controversial VOUCHER of Sec.Patricia Sto.Tomas of the Department of Labor and Employment from Nestle Switzerland is presented here. One of the reason why she Assumed Jurisdiction and deputized the Philippine National Police (PNP) to intervene over the Labor Dispute between Nestle Philippines and UFE-DFA-KMU is because all of her personal expenses in Geneva,Switzerland and Milano,Italy was shouldered by Nestle Switzerland.

This poem is for Diosdado "Ka Fort" Fortuna,union president of UFE-DFA-KMU in Nestle Philippines Cabuyao Factory, who was slain on September 22, 2005. Meliton Roxas, former union president of UFE-DFA-KMU, was similarly gunned down in front of Nestle gate on January 20, 1989.

Ito ang isa sa dahilan kung bakit nasira kinabukasan ng mga anak ng mga naka welgang manggagawa ng Nestle sa Cabuyao, Laguna. Nawalan kami ng bahay dahil hindi na kami makahulog. 20 sa mga kasama namin ang namatay dahil sa ibat ibang karamdaman na hinde makapagpagamot dahil sa kakulangan.Pinatay ang Pangulo ng aming Unyon na si Diosdado "Ka Fort" Fortuna. ang mga aktibong miyembro ay " UNDER SURVEILLANCE" Marami pang pangyayari sa aming mga pamilya na kulang ang espasyo kung iisaisahin ko.
