Join fourth-generation cattleman Will Harris and "Fan Favorite" Chef Kevin Gillespie on Will's ranch, White Oak Pastures, as they discuss what makes grass-fed beef so unique.
Great video - this is what farming used to mean - guardianship of the land not its destroyer. How refreshing to see farm animals at their best because they are eating a diet they were born to eat and living in a natural environment - including trees and hedges! It would be an interesting study to find out how many non-organic farmers actually eat their own home-produced meat and or eggs nowadays?
I tried White Oaks Pastures ground beef today for the first time. Hands down the best beef I've ever eaten in my life. I look forward to enjoying more.
Great video, really gives you a sense of the love behind what they do at White Oaks Pastures..
And u are definitely right grass fed cattle, do taste 100% different , because i personally have experienced it , by visiting my aunt back home, she owns many cattle and whenever we visit , they feast by welcoming us by killing 1-2 cattle and invite all 4-5 neighbours living our them...love ur video...
