Weber is known for their quality, especially when it comes to service. I once called their customer service hotline and was promptly connected to a lady with the nicest Southern accent. I really appreciated her help.

I used to think all grills were basically the same but once you try a weber you will never grill on anything else

Overrated is Weber grills.
Ugly and dumb. Regular rectangular grill is better.

Than kyou for your video... I'm looking to purchase a new grill but don't know yet if I should go with the gas genessis for the convinience of grilling or go with this 27 gold serie.. I also looked into the perfomer I know nothing beats the taste of charcoal. and wood but waht is your opinion. on the se of the wood on the gas grill? thank you againg for your video.

I agree that nothing beats the taste of real charcoal and wood, however, for convenience the next best option is wood/charcoal on a gas grill. Always make sure the gas grill you choose can be used in this way.
