New NEMA 17 Gantry

This is the new X Axis running at...

Max Speed 2500ips
Acceleration: 750in/sec/sec
Resolution: 1000 steps/in

I was able to get it up to 3500 ips, but not much more out of the acceleration, so I backed it down to 2500.

Very nice! I am curious where you purchased those motors from. Also, they look to be about the same size as the basic stepper motor offered at sparkfun. Do you know if the sparkfun motor is capable of an application like this?
