Long EZ Project

This is the Long EZ Project for sale. I am asking $8500 and that includes the engine (Lycoming 0-235) certified for auto gas. The project is nearly built but still has to be assembled and finished. My estimate is about $8000 more to finish it but that is just a guess. If you need more information contact me at killrkey@aol.com. I was an AF fighter pilot for 23 years and then flew for Continental Airlines so I have been flying since 1966. I still love it. In fact I took a couple home schooled kids for a ride yesterday. I taught a class on aeronautics and weather with a bit on our space program and then we went for a ride. They (age 9 & 11) really liked it. A private license costs about $10,000 today but a sport license is only about $4000. Lots of fun either way.

@JerryKillerKey Oh that's awesome. What awesome jobs. I've always wanted to fly and enjoyed traveling. For our anniversary this year we rode a helicopter for the first time. It was intense, so enjoyable. I put the video up on my channel. Yeah, I asked at a school and they said lessons were $3,000. I just don't have the money.
