orthodontic brace: power chain!

a patient with relatively smaller maxilla(upper jaw) had his braces to correct its relation with the mandible(lower jaw). power chain elastics was used to align both jaws.
photographs were taken in chronological order during the entire course of the treatment.
treatment took 2 years and 3 months

how long did you have to have the elastics to correct your midline? the ones in front of your teeth?

I think this guy had braces before but relapsed: He's missing 4 premolars.
As for the sudden gap, it must have ben a rapid maxillary expander.
