    One simple idea can save your city millions. dont put you trash and recycling bin out if its not full. Let people who collect recyclables have access to your bin the day before pick up days rather than let the big diesel burning truck rev its engine in front of your house to lift those few items in your bin. I got this idea thank to all my gay liberal neighbors who chase away people that dig though their recycling bin and put their big trash bins out with hardly any trash at all.

    Don't use solar panels. It takes many many years before they have generated the same amount of energy that was used to make them. Solar panels are meant for use in areas where there is no electricity grid, it's almost pointless to use them in an area where there are plenty of electricity.
