ok don't wear jeans EVER when doing parkour. wear shorts or sweatpants, and learn to roll before anything. now I see this video was added a year ago. like other dudes said don't go out and think it's willy nilly Jump from roofs instantly. you also have to have the philosophy, be fluid, and train hard, bra

the biggest lesson. dont jump from higher grounds the your hip. It is because the first 1-2 years your body can´t resist damages that will happen if you jump too much. Stay save and gebin without higher grounds. Parkour are not jump from a higher level...Parkour are passing obstacles.

guys! you should be sportive if you want to start parkour...
at first try to have a health and trained body... then learn the basics...
this video:
not bad for the start ... good that you can already do flips... and in the start of the video you can see that the traceur has much power and mucles to "climb" up at the playground^^
go ahead!

@daphne1960aoe first, thanks for your comment!
you're right about the health and trained body. I played several years soccer (and other teamsports), so it was a good "starting pack".
the flips yeah, not a part of parkour but nice to do it ;-). and i like ironic comments, keep it up :)!
unfortunately, I got some bad insuries (thx soccer...) and have to stop training parkour (and other sports for a while). but for all who want to start: go ahead and do it!
