@vNistel9 What makes dancehall music dancehall? I can explain my point of view...can you explain yours? The extensive use of the snare drums in the riddim makes it dancehall for me. Hip hop copied tht from dancehall, so how come a dancehall riddim wit snare drum is now hip hop? Yea they used some electro instruments but dat a gwaan from the 80's...suh sleng teng is hip hop? Overproof is just basic keyboard and drums. Thts jus my opinion still...
