This past summer I spent 1 week in Antigua, Guatemala volunteering with the God's Child program/Asociacion Nuestros Ahijados at the Dreamer Center. It was so much fun. We visited a malnutrition center, fed the homeless, did a clothing distribution, built a house, and dug several gardens.

@exploremusic you should! It was an awesome experience. I met some amazing people there, some of whom I still keep in contact with, and as cliché as it sounds, the trip really did change my perspective on life and the way I live. Since then (this was during my senior year of high school) I have traveled a lot more in Central and South America and honestly I would recommend it for anyone. You will learn sooo much.
