C-MUGEN: Lucy Diclonius FINAL Release!

It's Lucy from Elfen Lied, noobs. XD

I didn't keep a log of Lucy's work like I did with Aura and Ultimate Sula, so I can't remember how long I've worked on her . . . I started like a month before I released Aura so it's been a while and I've been looking forward to releasing her.

I hope you enjoy her and appreciate Elfen Lied, even if your not a fan and if you've never seen it or heard of it. After I finished Lucy, I remade Ultimate Sula (DreamForm Sula) and then went on to do update of Aura (Aura 2nd Revival). Videos and links are on my channel. Excuse me, but I looked at Lucy in the Mugen character maker, and there are some sprites showing a different character in place of Lucy. So I'm afraid you made a mistake about it being complete.

@JackoB716 Ehh, no. Just because there are sprites in the .sff I didn't care to change because I never used them doesn't mean the character isn't complete. Those sprites of Kula are never used in the .air, so there's nothing to worry about, my friend. :3
