As a Sooner fan, It frustrates me that Oklahoma State couldnt play for the national title :( nobody wants to see Alabama and LS Who rematch! Go State! coming from a die hard Sooner fan.

@DAmonster7001 It's a tradition here at OSU to tear down the goalpost when we win Bedlam. In the past it was carried out of the stadium & thrown in Theta Pond (on campus), but with the new stadium there is no way to get it out. Since we beat them with more than just Bedlam implications, we tore down both. Idk if you are familiar with the Bedlam series, but it's always a big deal no matter what is at stake. To understand all of what it means I would say you have to grow up with it.

any college football fan could understand, especially how bedlam really isnt a rivalry since ou COMPLETELY owns osu....the iron bowl (aka football holy war) is a real rivalry, along with um-osu and other "rivalries" that arent COMPLETELY owned by one school...bedlam is just a century long beatdown

@mrcoleworld1993 It has nothing to do with "not winning big games often" It happens only when we beat OU. That would have happened if we were both 0-10. Bedlam is not about anything else but OU and OSU. You gotta be a part of it to understand. When the blackout goes away look into bedlam on Wikipedia. Maybe after some of the history behind it, you'll understand. We do party, and probably much harder than "tradition" schools.
