NAPOLITANO AT REASON IN DC

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano is among the fiercest defenders of individual rights. Both in his daily appearances on the country's most-watched cable news network and in a series of books (most recently, A Nation of Sheep), Napolitano consistently and defiantly argues that the only legitimate government is that which respects its citizens rights in all cases.

Ron Paul Excluded from Fox News Forum

Republican fund raising frontrunner Ron Paul will be excluded from a Fox News Forum scheduled for just two days before the New Hampshire Primary.

Paul's campaign said that according to the New Hampshire State Republican Party and an Associated Press report, Republican presidential candidate and Texas Congressman Ron Paul will be excluded from an upcoming forum of Republican candidates to be broadcast by Fox News on January 6, 2008. The decision appears to have been made by Fox News.

"Given Ron Paul's support in New Hampshire and his recent historic fundraising success, it is outrageous that Dr. Paul would be excluded," said Ron Paul 2008 campaign chairman Kent Snyder. "Dr. Paul has consistently polled higher in New Hampshire than some of the other candidates who have been invited."

Snyder continued, "Paul supporters should know that we are continuing to make inquiries with Fox News as to why they have apparently excluded Dr. Paul from this event."

While I don't always agree with anyone, I have found the Judge to be honest and straightforward with the truth as he can find it. He is not a "truther." Rather, he is an open-minded questioner. I myself have questions about the poor building methods used by the people who constructed WTCenters 1-7. Far more believable is a conspiracy of powerful people, protecting themselves from lawsuits from negligence, than a conspiracy of traitors. But that doesn't make libertarians "nuts," either.

I've been reaching out to my Democratic friends who are not happy with Obama and I think every Ron Paul supporter should do the same. I've convinced a number of them to take a serious look at Ron Paul and some have even said they will change parties to Republican so they could vote in the primary. This is BIG, we need to spread the word to Dems that Ron Paul will end these wars and bring our troops home. They need to switch to Republican three months before their primary.
