A Black judge kicked out all white lawyers so he could lecture black defendants about getting their acts together. Was this racist as some would like to claim? His Sherrif told him everybody needs to hear this message. I agree with the Sherrif, we have criminals of all color and creed in this country.

  • fuck yo court nyugga

  • This judge makes no sense.

  • @bouncewhisky fuck you!

  • @p52xtra You are such a mistake, fucking troll

  • @Exilemainstreet That judge didnt everything right.

  • He still sounds brighter than the Kaylee Anthony affirmative action judge.

  • I know he did it. But I don't have a clear idea why he did it?

  • Having said that.....

I sincerely hope this judge is not overly disciplined or chastized for this. He seems to genuinely care about, and understand, those he has to sentence. And, that is somewhat rare these days.

  • I believe it was wrong because it served to generally reinforce the notion that Race is part of the issue. We have been working too long and too hard for these sort of faulty reinforcements to perpetuate a divide. We must seize every opportunity to downplay and mitigate Race-based explanations and justifications. Crime is crime. And, in that sense, criminals are criminals.

  • When he asked certain people -- White people -- to leave the room, he made the issue about Racce. Having said that, I think I understand his motivation. By removing the White people, then those Black men and women to whom he spoke could not discount or ignore his words based on faulty logic - White oppression, or "the Man." In that moment, it was coming from one Black man to another, within only a context of Black on Black dialogue. Having said that, I believe it was wrong.
