yes. most eels need a 55 including zebra eels, snowflake eels, chain eels, yellowhead eels, dwarf eels, dragon eels,and whitmouth eels.

@rosenekokitty Only once or twice a week but a large amount. For example, one large prawn or 2 smaller prawns.

I have had the eel for about 3 years. It used to be in a 4ft fish only tank now its in my 6ft and its never killed a fish and no fish has disappeared.
It has eaten 3 types of crabs(live)/2 types of prawns(dead) a shrimp(dead) and bits of white fish (maybe hake from aldi lol)
