The drunk call was great but this guy was too nice to insult and threaten with Frank Garrett. Why would you want to do that, what did he do to you? These prank calls are funny when they dont threaten or insult people or put them in fear. Also they should not call cops or emergency services and tie up those lines. Some of you who like scaring kids or old people might not like it if it was done to you or your family.
