You don't play X3TC for an engrossing story or voiceacting or whatever people keep bitching about, you play X3TC to engage in rapidly escalating space fights and to conquer the universe, one missile frigate salvo at a time.

Just great. Some kind of the pensive, meditating gameplay.
There is not enough longcats to describe how this thing is long and addicting:P

Egosoft needs to get off their asses and make an mmo out of this series, like they said they were going to do fuckin 10 years ago. These single player games are getting worse and worse. The characters are terrible.. the voice acting is atrocious.. the only thing that can save this series is a strategic move to the web.
I love X: Beyond the Frontier.. but they needed to jump from there to an MMO.. everything after the original has been crap. Sorry.

I disagree Freelancer had a much better story than X3 even though it was very silly nevertheless. X3 had the much bigger universe which was beautiful and had the best trade system I have ever seen.
If only some creator could fuse both good elements of those two games together would we have teh greatest space sim ever!

Freelancer unfortunately was cut short by release date and limited funds(Damn you microsoft) IT was a beautiful game that catered to a more casual demographic. Unfortunately the universe was kind of bounded after you completed the story and found everything in the universe. But overall it was a seemless beautiful game with excellent dogfights and a generally good story.

well, im struggling with the story, the controlls, the gameplay style....so nothing more to say, i think i will give up this game, i don't have that much patience... :P

First you have to check prices of wares that station need to keep producing their own stuff.
If a factory haven't got much ressources, it'll buy at a higher price these ressources, then, find a station that sell as a product the ressource with a low price, buy as much as you can, then sell them to the station that need it.
You should go on ES forum, there are more information on TC ;)
