The Church is catching the disease ,and the prophesied falling away is taking place.
That is to say , that people are moving away from the true Gospel that was handed down
from The Paul and the apostles. and are buying into the world philosophy.
And the worlds philosophy is that the true Gospel just isn't fair or nice because its to exclusive.
They want something that everyone can be included in.
Sadly They are going to get just that ,but not in the way they want.
Hell will be all inclusive.

Sorry Oprah... If money, fame, charlatans or any other way BUT Jesus is the one that gets you where you are, then you are not in the same place...

@droptozro Preaching the gospel in hades while He was dead 3 days ?? Please--back that with scripture.

Jesus didn't go down to preach the gospel to the dead in hell. He went to paradise to receive the alive because of Christ and bring them to heaven. Jesus is the only name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. No other way. Repent and trust in Christ.

Amen, agreed!

@droptozro KJVO people will say all of these words(Hades, Sheol, etc) should always be translated "Hell." They say modern versions are purposely not doing it always because its satans attempt to get us to believe less and less in hell, or that its not as bad as the KJV bible makes it out to be. Although Revelation 20:14 in the KJV does seem to be a mistake. I think we all need to be on guard a little more about modern versions though. KJV problems are so minor compared to modern Bibles

@bradfordpestservices ...cont, ... hell, it's supposed to be Hades, the abode of the dead--the place Jesus visited to free the captives, preaching the gospel while He was dead 3 days. So Hades once it gives up it's dead when the day of Judgment arrives(actually the resurrection comes first) will no longer be needed--death will be thrown into the lake of fire.
This is just a clear mis-translation that no KJV-only'er can avoid. I read the NKJV mostly but I know it has issues also

Yeah there's issues with all of them, and most just wish to ignore bad translations blindly by the KJV so they can claim it's the only proper translation. I know of one KJV mistranslation that many try to fault other translations for and that's the word "Hell"(because it shows up less often)--because the KJV improperly translated the words for "grave, Hades, Sheol" always as "hell" when that's not right. Revelation 20:14 is a good example, hell won't be thrown into hell
what sermon was that???

@blattt188 Go to his Grace To You website and look up "A Call for Discernment". It's a three-part sermon.
