Senator Isakson paid tribute to the life of Kate Puzey on the Senate floor on the eve of the second anniversary of her death. Puzey was a 24-year-old Peace Corps volunteer from Forsyth County, Georgia, who was murdered on March 11, 2009, while serving in the West African country of Benin. She was killed days after reporting a Peace Corps contractor for abusing children at the school where she worked. March 11, 2011
