Uyghur Dutar Player Abdurehim Heyit in Kashgar

I saw great duttar player Mr. Abdurehim Heyit at a small musical instruments shop in Kashgar. I met him by chance when I was traveling Kashgar. He is the most famous duttar player in Uyghur (Xinjiang). In this video, he seems to relax and enjoy playing the duttar in his hometown. He was very gentle, friendly person.
旅行でカシュガルに行き偶然入った職人街の民族楽器店でとても素晴らしいドタールの演奏が見られました。店の人が、演奏しているのはウイグルで大変有名なドタール演奏家A­bdurehim Heyit氏だと教えてくれました。彼の故郷カシュガルの馴染みの楽器屋で仲間達とリラックスして試し弾きしていたようでした。この動画では、哀愁あるイスラム調でありま­た時にロック風もあります。演奏している途中で、この楽器には弦がたったの2本しかないということに気づいてとても驚きました。店に入っていきなり動画を撮り始めた無礼な­外国人に対して怒る事もなく温かく接してくれて、カシュガル滞在の中でも最も嬉しい出来事の1つとなりました。

Amazing, reminds me a bit of music from where I come from, Turkey. It's so nice to listen to music from all different cultures and respect it for what it is, regardless of where you're from. Beautiful.
