Just messing around with some scrap wood, making obstacles such as teeter totters, doing stuff like this and riding in tight slow circles can really help to improve your balance and riding skills for real obstacles on the trails.

  • Practice doing track stands. Do that and try leaning the bike to a side and bring it back to center and same for the other side (helps for balance in the turns). Also i found bunny hopping and doing a 90 degree or 180 rotation then a tight circle really helps for balance at slow speeds.

  • @therook1110 Thanks! Yeah thats all great stuff to do for your skills but even more boring to watch haha, im going to make another vid soon and ill try to include some of that. Thanks for the tips.

  • @KYMountainBike Yeah workin on skills is nothing to write home about. I'm always workin on vids too so if you ever see anything you want me to go into detail on how to develope a skill of any kind, let me know. Keep on ridin man and puttin out vids!
