Safe on base, as you take a lead what are you looking for? Clip taken from "Balks, Base Leads, Pitcher Pick Off Moves DVD" For more info visit www.hq4baseball.com/discs.htm
@RebelsBaseball06 So your 12 years old and you know everything right?
I run an 8.2 60. Take into consideration im 14, a catcher, and can catch 90 with ease, so no one gives a shit about my 60 yard dash time, but I steal bases better than any kid around.
If you want to get thrown out everytime, do this. If you don't, find patterns. Most pitchers will give away their counts on going home and coming set, and do the same most all the time.
@whsjr25 actually, he is totally correct. im 12 and i use this method when stealing a base. which i do quite often, considering the fact i am one of the best base runners on the team. once he lifts his left leg (a right handed pitcher) he must go home or else it is a balk

EX. Pick on a 1 count, go home on a 2 count.
