I agree that what the j-settes are wearing does look like what a high school dance squad would wear. If this uniform that the j-settes is wearing was introduced in the 90's it would probably be considered trend setting or Different. But now that high school dance squads not really ordering from the books anymore. I think what the j-settes are gonna need to do is have uniforms made that will be almost IMPOSSIBLE to duplicate, perhaps using different fabrics and paying a bit more.

What is think is happening is that there are a sooo many school dance squads that are trying to look like a college squad and so when a college dance group wears something like what the j-settes are wearing in this video it looks cheap and it looks like something a high school dance squad would wear. In the 1980's and 1990's most high school squads would order from the books and the college squads would have their uniforms made or buy a solid uniform and have it redesigned to look different.
