The TV Commercial entitled 'Office Love' was produced by Try advertising agency for the Norwegian association of the Blind in Norway. The advert focuses on self interest, not social good, in this campaign encouraging companies to hire the blind.

@MsMinavagante Noone can notice "everything", blind people are no exceptions. And the fact that he is blind is not apparent for the first few seconds of the ads because he walks and interact with his environment normally, thus implying he is a perfectly capable person. His boss even praise his abilities as a worker at one point.

Bling people can't see, that's not a stereotype, it's a definition.
