A punching machine for 20-note busker organ rolls built with Meccano, save for the punch itself (3 mm silver steel), the die, which was made of brass, and the wooden spools.

  • BORING

  • @kingbacon08

In fact it is, and you get a stiff neck, too!

  • Wow this is essentially a "Leeberjan" perforator! Great work! Erector sets for the win!!!

  • Okay! IMHO, the Leabarjan resembles a knitting machine rather than a music roll punch. I've never seen one IRL though!

  • Koster Waltz - a Swedish one.

  • Play it on an organ! Let's hear it!

  • this is awesome!!!

  • I don't really care for organ music but this punch is still pretty awesome. I would consider the addition of a catch basket for the waste.

  • do you know how they made it?

I have no idea what needle to use.

  • @tussetuss how does it work??

  • @EverFlowingX
