RECIPE
Southwest Sprout Taco Soup (Chili)
1 Tbsp MCT or Coconut Oil
2 Tbsp Chopped Onions
3.5 oz Ground Beef (prefer Sirloin/LEAN)
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/2 cup NO SALT ADDED Diced Tomatoes
1 Tbsp NO SALT ADDED Tomato Paste
1/2 Cup NO SALT ADDED Beef Broth
1/3 cup Brussel Sprouts
2 tsp Mrs Dash Southwest Chipolte Seasoning
2 packets Stevia
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1-2 Tbsp Parsley
1/2 cup Boiling Water
Brown your onions and ground beef in the MCT/ Coconut Oil. When browned or translucent, add your garlic. Blend your Diced tomatoes in a hand blender with 1/2 cup water then add to beef mixture. Now add your tomato paste. Stir good. Add Beef Broth & Brussel Sprouts. Stir. Now add your Stevia. Stir. Last add Onion & Garlic powder. Last add your Parsley. Add 1/2 cup Boiling water & check every 5-10 minutes to add more water. Set TIMER for 30 minutes. The final consistency should be like a chili (thick). Lower your burner to Low to medium heat for cooking for the 30 minutes. Your Brussel Sprouts should be softened not hard.

Hey girlie, thanks for this recipe...I'm going to try that out on Friday, I have to make a very long trip to Whole foods, boo! oh well, but I wanted to ask you Do you know if the lean or sirlion ground beef from my local grocery store or Walmart is ok to eat? I believe it is like 92/7 or something like that...please let me know, thanks! you're looking great :)

@laliamorasdiet Yes...that is a great percentage. I don't buy much ground beef from Wally world. I use my local grocer and try to find Natural or Organic. Good luck!
