I really envy your culinary abilities. I feel that by watching your instructional videos, my skills as an amateur chef are increasing. You use very smart techniques that is understandable to all ages. People like you are why culinary arts is increasing. great try in making malaysian curry...there's many way in making them...some fry the spices some don't...my mum used to use coconut milk but now she uses yogurt...it really depends...btw...when's ur next vid???
well...actually.....you can substitute yogurt for the coconut milk but add it at the end of the cooking and simmer for a few mins. the result will be a little different. yogurt is actually a lower fat alternative to the coconut milk. and yes, the flavor will be a different...more like an indian curry like butter chicken. some may like it, some may not. worth a try though, in my opinion.

malaysians do not put yogurt inside curry.
