This is one of the moves I find most difficult, I have only being doing Tai Chi for a year, and although I know the set, its a case of Practice makes Perfect. I find this move can be a strain on my back, but this is most helpful. Informative clip.

i love wing chun but i wish i can do tai chi as well. im not young so i dont have time to master tai chi... i have not yet mastered my wing chun... i only wish but im happy at least i have one to work on...
i believe tai chi is as clever as wing chun just slight difference in principles but same end product... just my opinion.
