I can only get the board to half flip please HELP!

I can only get a half rotation of a heelflip... I can land on the back of the board, but it never flips all the way, I can get a nice clean KICKFLIP, but my heelflips suck so much raw cock... This helped me a little, but I still can't land it... A little more advice?

@nyozguy - You may not be commiting and might need to jump forward with the board. you seem to have it but you're just throwing it in front of yourself. make sure you are rolling, jump forward with the board and commit. you have it for the most part. it is hard and you need to practice a lot.

when i try heelflip the board spins in front of me in air so i can only land my back foot by using it to follow the board but my front foot is just retarded and lands on the ground..

@stephentan127 - you may need more flick off the nose, roll forward, jump with it, and commit. you can tell if you are not committing if your back foot stays low and does not jump and suck it up. it is easy to throw it in front of you and not commit. hope this helps.
