HAMILTON, Ohio (WKRC) -- Two teens accused of posting violent threats on social media will spend the Thanksgiving holiday in the Butler County Juvenile Detention Center.Deputies say the students made posts on Facebook about a shooting spree at New Miami High School.The 14-year-old and the 15-year-old girls both appeared in court today. Attorneys for both asked the judge to release them to their families with restrictions. The judge denied the request saying she did not have enough information at this time.Both teens will undergo psychological evaluations and remain locked up until their next court appearance scheduled for December 3.
