The league has the right idea though... accidents happen... and the players shouldnt be punished for the accidents... if its intentional yes by all means punish the offenders. And the league is trying to improve to make sure injuries like this dont happen. The problem with it though, is that for them to recognize the problem an injury of that type needs to happen, so they can identify the problem and react accordingly.
