Whatever happened to the Constitution? Regardless of Rev. Hale views, the Skokie Trial proved that Mr. Hale is well within his rights and that for a town to try and stop him is a violation of his rights. They can disagree, they can protest, but under the law that this nation was founded and that our patriot forefathers died for, free speech cannot be inhibited.
