Blumberg - Rebound tenderness in acute appendicitis. but pain in RIF while applying pressure on the LIF is also observed in acute appendicitis.

I agree, it's not the Rovsing sign, but it isn't Blumberg either, Blumberg is done on the same side as the appendix.

blumberg is tenderness upon sudden withrawal. this is far from blumberg. lol. are you nurses? this is rovsing's sign. btw, blumberg can be done on either side.
