Life is the Movement

Everywhere I look around me I see death.
My family, my friends, my teachers-- they're all dying.
Past hurts creating cold hearts-- they're all dead inside.
The soul of my city sits in ruin.
Lives are shattered, families are broken, government is corrupt, the halls of my school are like a warzone. I feel like it's over. It's beyond hope.

But it's not over.

At the heart of the the Jesus story lies the reality of resurrection! The very foundation of what Jesus' movement is is the fact that death is not the end. God is in the business of taking that which is dead and bringing it back to life.

Death has been conquered and all that remains is the life that Christ offers. So when you think that it's over-- When your worlds been completely shattered and you swear could never be put back together, remember that it has all just begun.

Death does not belong. Death is not the end...

Life is the movement!
