This board of Trustees that LIED AND FILED FALSE INFORMATION NAMING YOLO COUNTY SUPERVISOR DUANE CHAMBERLAIN AS THE PROFESSOR OF D.Q. U.

After tearing down the ceremonial site of the COLLEGE OF KETZALKOATL ON THE ORDERS OF DARYLL STANDING ELK and assaulting our group with the help of the Black Berets, Consuela Vargas and Rosa Martinez continued their rampage TO PLEASE THE BOARD.

They were emboldened by that "talking Circle (circus)" and the "pipesmoking " hosted at D.Q. U. by the Black Beret Leadership at the D.Q. U. pow wow. This was just a regurgitation of all the trash they have been putting out against us to cover up Human Rights and Religious Freedoms violations and their extortion of money from me.

Consuela Vargas calls Yolo County Sheriffs out to D.Q. U. to harass the people and a tow truck to remove their vehicles. Rosa Martinez gets violent and assaults Kozkakuautli, slips and falls and calls the sheriff accusing him of assault.

After the sheriff has been called out six times that week, they get tired of Consuela calling them out for no reason and they call the Health Department on the spot to have them condemn the buildings and ordered everyone to vacate.

It didn't stop there, as Consuela Vargas physically attacked another person but this time there was a witness that saw her throw the first blow, so she didn't call the sheriff that time.

THE DQ-UNITY COALITION, THE BLACK BERETS AND ASSOCIATED OCCUPATION ARE THROWING EVERYONE OUT OF D.Q. U. SO THEY CAN BE THE DARLINGS OF THE BOARD...THEIR TRIBAL POLICE, A BOARD OF TRUSTEES THAT HATES THEM ALMOST AS MUCH AS IT HATES US BECAUSE WE ARE MEXICANS TO THE RED HUESO.

D.Q. U. IS NOT LOST, AS IT IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE GSA, GOVERNMENT SERVICES AGENCY, THANKS TO THE BACK ROOM DEAL BETWEEN YOLO COUNTY SUPERVISOR DUANE CHAMBERLAIN FALSELY NAMING HIMSELF AND FALSELY CLAIMING TO BE THE PROFESSOR OF D.Q. U. THAT WAS DONE IN FRONT OF EVERYBODY WITH SPECIAL HELP FROM CONSUELA VARGAS AND LISA LaFONT.

By reading their new false charges and their scandalous and slanderous accusations against me and others that have been documented and sent to the Board of Trustees; it is clear that they are setting these young people up to be permanently barred from the new D.Q. U., the YOLO COUNTY SUPERVISOR DUANE CHAMBERLAIN D.U.

This Board of Trustees working for Yolo County Supervisor Duane Chamberlain sanctioned Daryll Standing Elk to be the spiritual elder who gave the order to the DQUnity Coalition , the Black Berets and the Associated Occupation, all profession occupiers, to destroy our ceremonial site just five days before our ceremony. A site in which all protocol was followed.

All of the above conspired to and did violate our Human Rights and Religious Freedoms protected by the United Nations' Declaration of Human Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
