A one world government is unrealistic. only a small percentage would even support it, and it wouldnt gain anything, there would still be war, strife, greed, hunger, and misery. The only way it could even happen is if we are invaded by aliens, and that is a pipe dream. HELL world peace is a pipe dream.

I'm sorry but this is completely unrealistic in this day and age. If you want to unite people it should be done regionally by forming federations which later people vote to merge with other federations until you get a world government. This is something that is talk about in "Road to Serfdom" and I believe Hayek was absolutely right about it just like he was on forced collectivisation.
