Hague Biased? Kosovo independence 'legal'

The UN's highest court has ruled Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence from Serbia over two years ago did not violate international law. The court said there is no article which prevents declarations of sovereignty. The decision which is a rejection of a claim by Serbia, is non-binding. Journalist and historian Neboisha Malich says the Hague's decision is biased.

This is a lie, Kosovo is still part of Serbia. Unfortunately for the Albanian scum USA, NATO, or EU can't do shit when Russia and China say "no". There will be no independence, and no partition. This is just US propaganda. Also G8 did not agree and without that the declaration is illegal by UN laws.
